1. What's an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time a guest you ' ve referred to us makes a purchase, you earn commission. In every month that you ' ve earned more than $10, we send you a check for the percentage of the sales you refer to our site. It's that easy!
2. What's in it for me, my site, and my visitors?
As an Affiliate, you can add value and content to your site with special promotions from Golden Monkey. Plus, you have the opportunity to make money with very little effort! Your visitors will definitely appreciate the odds of winning at Golden Monkey and our outstanding customer service.
3. Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
No! It ' s absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply, there is no minimum sales requirement, and you can cancel at any time.
4. Can a web site outside Canada and the United States be an Affiliate?
Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world. All commission payments to Affiliates are in US dollars.
5. I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You will have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites and be paid with only one commission check.
6. How do I sign up?
First, you must fill out our Affiliate Application and agree to the terms of our Affiliate Agreement. Once you've submitted your application, we will contact you soon (via e-mail) with easy-to-follow information on how to get started and create links on your site!
7. Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites qualify for participation in our program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a membership at any time if we feel the site contains objectionable material.
8. How do I create links?
We have an automatic tag generator on Golden Monkey's Affiliate Site that creates HTML for you to simply cut and paste into your web site. Its so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. You don ' t even need to know HTML!
9. Can I use Golden-Monkey's content on my site?
Yes, you can use logos, graphics, photos and descriptions.
10. How do I know how much I've sold and earned?
Through Golden Monkey's Affiliate Site you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, and commissions earned.
11. How often do I get paid?
We will send you a check every month for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site, provided you have earned at least $20.
12. What about reversals?
If a user's charges are reversed due to a dispute or fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
13. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, you receive credit when a purchase is made. This is made possible with HTML links we create for you through a tag generator on Golden-Monke s Affiliate Site.
